ACE Registration Create your web ACE account and you can view your account history. You will have access to all web submitted ACE service requests. You can enter notes in your current open requests and view notes entered by the Avocent support representatives.

Email Technical Support Complete this form one time then simply Email your service request to techsupport@avocent.com. If you have an open service request just put the case number in the subject line of the email and your email will be attached to your open service request.
